LAN/WAN Technicians
Our LAN/WAN Technicians provide high level support to clients
with networking systems of 250 -500 clients or more. These
technicians are vendor certified to support software as well
as hardware.
Install, Moves, Adds, Changes (IMAC)
IMAC'S handle any move, add, change or install on a companies
network. These technicians are vendor certified and trained on
company specific equipment. Most of our IMAC's work on a per
call bases and handle about 20-35 calls a day. Any desktop
change or installation will be handle by one of our IMAC
tech's. IMAC's keep the productivity of companies running by
enabling high level support teams to manage high performance
servers.
Field Service and Repair Technician
All off-site repairs are given to a field technician. These
technicians are responsible for different regions of service.
Our field service techs work with organizations, schools and
other companies that have more that one location and need
support.
